The room felt overpriced at £220, lacking any standout features despite being comfortable and clean. The shower's water temperature was inadequate, and several amenities were not working, like the bathroom extractor fan and coffee machine. Dinner options were disappointing with minimal vegan choices, and the service while dining lacked attention to detail, evident when undercooked vegetables and overcooked onion rings were left unaddressed. A sign at the sauna for time limits would help regulate usage, as some guests appeared to hog it for socializing.

Perfect for family getaways
Our family had a nice time there. The staff were accommodating. When my daughter needed specific food, they went out of their way to make sure she was taken care of.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but totally worth it.

Amazing anniversary getaway
We had such a blast celebrating our anniversary! Got an unexpected suite upgrade, which was a sweet surprise. The room was massive and spotless, with stunning views. Staff were super friendly and the bar whipped up the best strawberry daiquiris. Only thing was, the spa could use a lil' TLC. just an awesome stay!

It was just a great fit for a short stayover in Enniskillen with great value for money. The breakfast was good quality and the lady serving it really knew how to whip up a proper Ulster Fry. If you get a chance, enjoy a drink on the terrace overlooking the lake.

Had a blast with friends! The lake view from our lodge was stunning, and the Triple Play Tower kept us entertained for hours. The staff were super friendly and helped make our stay enjoyable. Pro tip, make sure to check out the pool and jacuzzi. they were fantastic!
Unfortunately, we found a few kitchen items missing in our lodge, like cooking tongs and kitchen roll, which made meal prep a bit tricky.

We chose Killyhevlin for a weekend getaway and overall, the setting was stunning. The lakeside views from our room were incredible. Our room felt luxurious and clean, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection, and the quality of food during our evening meal in the bar was impressive. Service was friendly and responsive, making us feel welcomed. we experienced several inconveniences. The coffee machine in our room didn’t work, and the temperature was quite warm without adequate air circulation. While we appreciated the attentive staff, there were moments, particularly in the dining area, where service was slow. We waited quite a bit for our appetizers, which interrupted the flow of our meal. I also noticed some staff interactions that seemed unprofessional, which cast a shadow over the pleasant atmosphere. These issues did detract from the experience a bit. Despite the challenges, the views and comfort of our room made the stay worthwhile.
